I have gotten this error, and it has resolved a few times (shaking, turning the PS on its head, and lens cleaning) but finally it will not fix itself- what is it with the blue disc?
a google search is disastrous as no one seems to fix it, many simply get a new unit ( ia m considering) but it is still pricey.
any thoughts form the devs?
i love this game and it pains me not to hear the trucks roar.

I have same problem w/old disc and new disc, my pc2 can't read them and I do not know how to fixed

I have recently found a great tutorial that helped me fix my disc read error they provide step by step information and photos - PS2 repair
